FiberTite offers robust in-person and virtual training opportunities to help professionals successfully install reliable, high-performing roof systems.

FiberTite Installer Workshop

This is a hands-on course for FiberTite Authorized Applicators who are on the roof installing FiberTite commercial roofing systems—the best roofing systems available for flat roofs. The focus of the course is to teach installers the fundamentals of installation and industry best practices.

FiberTite Foreman Leadership Workshop

This workshop is for current or potential commercial roofing foremen with at least four years of experience who already possess the skills to install FiberTite and would like to improve their leadership skills to achieve higher levels of quality, efficiency, and productivity.

NRCA ProCertification® Program

FiberTite facilitates the NRCA ProCertification program to help qualified roofing workers become nationally certified in specific roof system designations and single-ply roofing products.

The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) built the ProCertification program for qualified roofing workers to:

  • Become nationally certified in specific roof system designations
  • Create a career path for field workers
  • Elevate the industry to be on par with other trades

Eligibility

ProCertification Roof Installer certification eligibility requires you to meet a specific work experience requirement and pass an online eligibility exam.

You must submit a brief application through the NRCA website to demonstrate you meet experience requirements. FiberTite is pleased to offer a special discounted application fee for its customers.

Hands-On Performance Exam

Once you pass the online eligibility exam and have an approved application, you are eligible to take the hands-on performance exam.

NRCA ProCertification thermoplastic roof system installer candidates can take their free hands-on performance exams with a qualified FiberTite assessor at Seaman Corporation in Wooster, Ohio.
