FiberTite® Commercial Roof Membranes with KEE Technology

FiberTite commercial roof membranes are engineered with advanced KEE (Ketone Ethylene Ester) technology to deliver exceptional durability, flexibility, and long-term performance. The top and bottom coats, of this leading single-ply roof membrane, form a monolithic bond with the tightly woven fiber reinforcement layer. The final product resists some common and some not-so-common causes of roof failure, including fire, extreme weather, chemical exposure, and punctures.

How FiberTite KEE Roof Membranes Deliver Superior Performance

FiberTite earns its name because “fiber” delivers the membrane’s overall strength. Our high-denier, high-tenacity yarns are packed into a very “tite” pattern that create the roofing industry’s toughest base fabric.

Unlike conventional reinforced thermoplastics with loosely constructed scrim, the FiberTite roofing system provides superior dimensional stability and performance in demanding commercial environments. The result is a single-ply roof membrane that critical facilities everywhere can count on for 40+ years of reliable performance.

What Is a KEE Roof Membrane?

A KEE (Ketone Ethylene Ester) roof membrane is an advanced type of PVC roofing that offers enhanced flexibility, chemical resistance, and long-term durability compared to standard thermoplastic membranes. FiberTite’s KEE membrane technology helps maintain performance over time, even in demanding environments.
