To determine TCO, researchers evaluated approximately 680 million square feet of various roofing systems from more than 33,000 unique buildings, spanning from 2002 to 2023.

From this data, they compared more than 6,500 roofs with FiberTite® Roof Systems to objectively determine TCO against TPO, PVC and EPDM.
